On October 9th and 10th the National Forum on Employment and Social Protection took place in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. This workshop was undertaken as part of the ILO/EU project "Improving Social Protection and Promoting Employment," and the participants included tripartite representatives from various organizations and government ministries.

The forum's first day included training and conference sessions on youth entrepreneurship, risk prevention, preventative health programs, and the financing of entrepreneurial ventures. The second day featured the presentation of work generated by the ILO/ EU project "Improving Social Protection and Promoting Employment," and peer discussion groups.
