Description

For Output 3.1, the ILO will be coordinating the technical assistance to develop capacity within NSSF by producing a strategic road map for the development of ICT capabilities. It will also conduct workshops and trainings to support the development and the adoption of the new ICT capabilities. This output will also support the further development of business capabilities through a continuous business process re-engineering to improve efficiency within NSSF. These set of activities build upon the Business Process Review that was completed in the first phase of the Modernisation Project, which resulted in new ICT requirements to support the improved processes. Together with the new ICT capabilities supporting the new processes, NSSF will be ready to provide better services and to increase the numbers of members, hence the population covered by social security schemes in Cambodia.
