Outcomes
- Immediate Objective 1: Governments and social partners in southern and eastern Africa and Vietnam share best practices on right-based approaches to building universal social protection through south-south learning opportunities
- Immediate Objective 2: Capacity building of practitioners and national trainers in Southern and Eastern Africa as well as in Viet Nam
- Immediate Objective 3: Cross-country technical assistance to national processes on social protection strategies, design and/or reform of schemes, institutional reviews and awareness raising.
