- 3.1 Build capacity of staff (Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration) for budget planning and monitoring, including practical manual for budget planning.
- 3.2 Build capacity of organisations of persons with disabilities and social partners for public hearings and oversight of social protection budget
- 3.3 Develop guide for job placement of persons with disabilities for counsellors in public employment services
- 3.4 Build capacity of counsellors (Training of Trainers) in public employment services to use the guide for job placement of persons with disabilities.
