Outcome 3 Social security organisations are modernised through ICT applications, improved business processes, data sharing, performance management and a learning & development framework

Outputs contributing to the outcome

  • Output 3.1 – A 5-year ICT strategic plan to support the new business capabilities and the needs of extending social protection and the consistent provision of high-quality services is developed by NSSF
  • Output 3.2 – New ICT applications supporting NSSF core processes and schemes developed from this project are built and operational.
  • Output 3.3 – Collaboration between NSSF and other relevant government and national partners to actively share data to extend social protection coverage and improve service delivery is enhanced
  • Output 3.4 – Human capacity of social security institutions are enhanced through a comprehensive HR strategy, a performance management framework and a learning & development framework.
  • Output 3.5 – Digital social protection is enabled through improved data sharing between institutions supporting the social protection programmes
